John E. Bolton, age 65, of Miamisburg, passed away on Sunday,
November 18, 2001 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. He was a
1954 graduate of Miamisburg High School. He received his
B.S. Degree from Miami University and his Masters Degree from
University of Dayton. John was a former employee of NCR
after 18 years of service. He taught at Miamisburg High
School for 5 years where he coached reserve wrestling and pee wee
football in West Carrollton where he was a former member of the
Jaycees. He also coached golf at Oakwood High School and
was an Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents,
Andrew and Margaret Bolton. Survivors include his wife of
42 years; a son and daughter-in-law of Phillipsburg; a daughter
and son-in-law of Franklin; a daughter of Miamisburg; a sister of
Franklin; 6 grandchildren; a brother-in-law of West Carrollton; a
niece; nephews; a grandnephew; and Johns best friend.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at
11:00 A.M. from the Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508
E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg. Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger
officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may
call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:30 PM. Memorial
contributions, if so desired, may be made to the Buff Weidner
Scholarship Fund, c/o Farmers & Merchants Bank, 41 S. First,
Miamisburg, Oh. 45342 in his memory.

Mrs. Lora Mae (McLemore) Harrison, born May 31, 1903, DuQuoin,
Illinois. A devoted member, Canaan Missionary Baptist
Church. She departed this life Thursday, November 15, 2001.
Preceded in death; parents, husband, two sisters, one brother and
five children. She leaves twelve loving children. A
host of grand, great and great-great grandchildren. The
family extends a special thank you to Dr. _____. Viewing

A. Barlow Heikes, 88, of Merritt Island, Fl. Died
November 7, 2001. He was born in Dayton, OH, moved to Ft.
Lauderdale, in 1950. Then to Meritt [sic] Island two years
ago. Survivors include his wife; a son; and a daughter. Graveside
services were held November 9th at Hillcrest Memorial
Gardens, Ft. Pierce, FL.

Albert M. Thomas age 71 of Kenton, Ohio formerly of Dayton passed
away Monday, November 19, 2001 at the Blanchard Valley Regional
Medical Center. A U.S. Marine Corp Veteran of the Korean
Conflict. A former employee of Complete Auto Transit Local
#957. He was a member of the Community Worship Center,
Kenton, OH., and the Greenwood Grange #1061, Kenton, OH. Preceded
in deal [sic] by his son Albert M. Thomas, Sept. 15, 1985,
parents Albert M. Sr. & Mary (Donahoe) Thomas, and by a
brother Louis Thomas. He is survived by his wife; 1 son of
Kenton; 2 sons of Huber Heights, OH; 7 daughters of MI.; 3
grandchildren; a sister-in-law of Sidney, IA. Funeral
services 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2001 at the Swart
Funeral Home, West Carrollton. Pastor Tony L. Crowe
officiating. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Friends
may call from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on
