IRVING WEISS	

Word was recieved here Saturday of the death early this morning of Irving
Weiss, 36, husband of the former Mildred Frank, formerly of Dayton, who died in
a Brooklyn hospital after an illness of five weeks.  Mrs. Weiss was born in
Dayton and left here more than five years ago.  She and her husband visited
in Dayton early this summer following their marriage in June.  Besides the widow
surviving are the parents, one sister, and one brother.
